Unsuitable items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date (for U.K. orders ) and within 28 days of the delivery date for international orders. Faulty items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and send the unsuitable items back to us and please note you are responsible for postage costs for returned items, unless they are faulty in which case we will reimburse your postage costs.
